How do I place an order?

Fill out the Order Form under “Order Now” at the top of this screen / menu.
We will confirm when your order has been received and when to expect delivery. An invoice will be sent to your nominated email address for payment. Please note, orders must be paid for before the order cutoff date.

Where and when?

Orders will be ready for collection on the third week of each month. Orders need to be finalised two weeks prior to delivery i.e. the first Friday of each month. See below for a more detailed explanation of how order to collection works.

Key dates:
Orders open: Orders are always open. Feel free to place your order at any time. Ordering in advance helps us to schedule and plan deliveries which we appreciate immensely.

To receive your order in the same month, order must be placed by 5pm on the first Friday of that month for a delivery on the third week.
For example - February 2024


Payment in full due: 5pm on the first Friday of each month for delivery in the same month
Collection date and time: This is dependent on your pick-up location but will be ready for collection on the third week of the month

Orders will be delivered to a central location in Townsville and Charters Towers. Surrounding area orders will be organised with you individually.

Do we deliver to other locations?

We take expressions of interest for delivery to other locations outside of Townsville and Charters Towers. When enough interest is received, we will organise a delivery to your area. Spread the word! Freight charges may apply depending on your location. We endeavor to keep costs to a minimum however transport to certain areas does incur additional charges that we have to unfortunately pass on. We are continuing to investigate cost effective options and these prices will be updated regularly. Please see below.
